Innovate construction was in charge of the BIM design in the construction of a commercial building, located in McMinnville, Oregon. The design proposal included spaces destined for commercial premises with the need for industrial equipment, the development of facilities and engineering solutions. The new structure required the modeling of the water supply system, the drainage network, and gas supply, taking into account the program of areas and the activities that would be developed.                                                                        
In addition, the outdoor spaces were designed in a way that is very pleasant for the customer under the environmental conditions of the site through the stations. The pergola implemented not only has an important presence in the aesthetics of the building but also serves as a shelter and acclimatization for outdoor areas.
