Butcher's Shop, Rojas Ave. - Venezuela, Monagas.
Design, coordination, execution and construction of the mixed use building, located in the Rojas Ave. of the city of Maturin - Edo Monagas, Venezuela. This commercial and residential building was designed and conceived in its totality by our group of Architects of Innovate Construction under the requirements established by the client. To streamline the design process, it was modeled in BIM.
Its development covers the commercial area with the design of a refrigerator, with its service areas and private parking, located on the ground floor of the land. The residential area located on the top floor of the building, is presented with two large apartments connected by a terrace that allows to enjoy the exterior, whose internal distribution has spaces such as; Living room, kitchen, laundry room, three bathrooms and two rooms with their respective terraces.
