Design and construction adding new floor area and remodeling the façade of an existing mixed-use residential-commercial building located in downtown Maturin - Monagas state, Venezuela.
The original building had two floors and its construction had not been completed. The main architect of Innovate Construction was responsible for remodeling the façade and the completion of the building, adding three levels to it. Those levels contain apartments and significantly improved the value of the property.
