Reconditioning of the University Pedagogical Experimental Libertator (UPEL), which is the main public higher education institution dedicated to the training of teachers in Venezuela. This nucleus of Monagas state was remodeled and reconditioned by our Architect, significantly improving the facilities of this important institute of professional improvement, which has multiple branches and extensions throughout the country.
