Our team of professionals was in charge of the renovation of the common spaces and private rooms on the ground floor of this house in California. Space had to be conceived under an open concept for the common areas, so it was proposed to implement new panoramic windows and furniture that would collaborate with this precept.

For a better visualization of the spaces, the proposal was developed through BIM modeling, which allowed to execute changes until reaching the final proposal.
